Almost every PCB supplier claims speed and quality. These are the specific operating choices that make the difference on a real project.
Six reasons teams stay with us
1. A quote that reflects the actual build
We review the Gerber, stack-up and BOM before pricing. If a part is long-lead or a feature needs a process change, it appears in the quote — not in a delay email three days later.
2. DFM feedback you can act on
Every order gets a review with the specific rule, location and suggested fix. You decide what to change. We do not silently alter your design.
3. Authentic parts, traceable to lot
Components come from authorised distribution or the manufacturer. Lot and date code are recorded against your build, and every alternate is approved before purchase.
4. One schedule for fab, parts and assembly
Components are purchased while the PCB is in fabrication. The assembly slot is booked against the real board and parts dates, not an optimistic one.
5. DDP delivery to North America
Freight, duties and customs clearance are handled in one invoice. Your receiving team gets a tracking number, not a brokerage request.
6. A named person, not a ticket queue
You have one account manager and one DFM engineer who know your project. Escalations go to someone who can make a decision.
How that compares with a typical broker
| Area | Typical broker | FeSS |
|---|---|---|
| Quote basis | Generic price, exceptions discovered later | Reviewed against Gerber, stack-up and BOM |
| Parts | Sourced wherever available | Authorised distribution with lot traceability |
| Schedule | Separate fab and assembly suppliers | One plan, with procurement in parallel |
| Shipping | FOB or EXW | DDP to the US and Canada |
| Communication | Ticket queue | Named account manager and DFM engineer |
Ask us for a sample DFM report and a quote on a live project. The difference is easier to see on your own files than on a web page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
We commit to a ship date in the quote and manage the build against it. If a risk appears, we tell you immediately with options.
What if I need to change the design after ordering?
Changes are possible before fabrication release, subject to a revised quote and schedule. After release, we will assess what can still be changed.
Can I use my own freight account?
Yes. We can ship on your account or quote DDP, whichever suits your process.
