When a design review, investor demo or production line is waiting on boards, standard lead times are not good enough. We hold priority capacity for quick-turn fabrication and assembly and confirm the ship date before you order.
What quick-turn actually looks like
| Parameter | Capability |
|---|---|
| 2-layer fabrication | 3 working days |
| 4-6 layer fabrication | 5 working days |
| 8+ layer fabrication | 7-10 working days |
| SMT assembly | 24-72 hours after boards and parts are available |
| Turnkey prototype | 5-8 working days door to door |
| DDP transit to US / Canada | 2-4 working days |
How we compress the schedule
Quick-turn is a planning discipline, not a promise to rush every step. We start the DFM review the day files arrive, release fabrication immediately after approval, prepare stencils while boards are in production and pre-check component availability before the assembly slot is booked. If a part is short, you hear about it on day one, not the day before shipment.
- Files checked within hoursDFM and assembly review begins as soon as the order is confirmed.
- Parallel critical pathsFabrication and component procurement run at the same time.
- Reserved line capacityPriority slots for small panels and prototype volumes.
- One decision-makerYour account manager can confirm changes without a committee.
Quick-turn slots are limited and confirmed per order. Send the target date with your files so we can confirm feasibility before you commit.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really assemble in 24 hours?
For small boards with available parts and a complete kit, yes. Most builds land in 48-72 hours because of stencil preparation, reflow, inspection and test.
What can delay a quick-turn order?
Missing centroid data, incomplete BOMs, long-lead parts, unclear polarity or footprint issues. We flag these during review so you can decide quickly.
Is expedited shipping included?
DDP express shipping is quoted separately and can be added to any quick-turn order.
