File checklist

What to send for the fastest quote

Missing a file is the most common reason a quote takes longer than 24 hours.

Gerber + drill

RS-274X Gerber files and NC drill in one archive. Include the layer stack-up if controlled impedance is required.

BOM

Reference designators, quantity, manufacturer part number and acceptable substitutes.

Centroid file

Pick-and-place data with X/Y coordinates, rotation and side for every placed component.

Quantity + date

Build quantity, board thickness, surface finish, assembly scope and your required delivery date.
