Assembly scopes we run every week
Most customer builds fall into one of three scopes: consigned assembly (you supply the parts), partial turnkey (we source selected lines) or full turnkey (we handle fabrication, all components, assembly and test). All three run through the same SMT line and inspection flow, so the quality process does not change with the commercial model.

Documentation that travels with the build
You receive the assembly drawing revision used, component lot traceability, AOI and X-ray results where applicable, and test reports for the agreed plan. For regulated products we can package this as a first-article inspection report.
Sending a BOM for the first time? Include manufacturer part numbers, acceptable alternates and any moisture-sensitive parts. We will confirm availability and lead time before you commit.
Frequently asked questions
Can you assemble boards fabricated elsewhere?
Yes. Consigned fabrication is welcome. We inspect incoming boards for warpage, surface finish and dimensional issues before assembly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One board. There is no minimum for prototypes or low-volume builds.
Do you test every assembled board?
That depends on the agreed plan. AOI is standard; flying probe, ICT or functional test are added where your product requires them. We confirm the plan in the quote.
