We fabricate rigid, flex, rigid-flex and metal-core boards for prototypes and low-to-mid-volume production. Standard FR-4 is the starting point; when your design needs better thermal performance, tighter impedance or higher layer counts, we move the build to high-Tg laminate, Rogers or PTFE and adjust the process window accordingly.

How we protect your design
Every order begins with a DFM review: annular ring, solder mask clearance, minimum hole size, aspect ratio, panelization and impedance requirements. Anything outside our process window is flagged with a suggested fix before release. On higher-reliability builds we add impedance coupons, cross-sections and first-article documentation.
Need a stack-up review before you order? Send your layer stack and target impedance. We will confirm materials, dielectric thickness and trace geometry before fabrication.
Frequently asked questions
How fast is quick-turn fabrication?
Two-layer boards typically ship in 3 working days; 4-6 layer boards in 5 working days; 8 layers and above in 7-10 working days after design approval. Complex HDI or mixed-material builds are confirmed at quote stage.
Can you work from Gerber only?
Yes. We need RS-274X Gerber, an NC drill file and a clear layer stack. If you have the original CAD file, send it as well — it helps us resolve ambiguous features faster.
Do you provide impedance coupons?
Yes. For controlled-impedance orders we include test coupons on the panel and report measured values. Specify ±5% or ±10% tolerance in your fab notes.
