Quality is a set of decisions made before and during production, not a final inspection. Our system is built to catch problems at the hand-off where they occur.
What is controlled
- Supplier approvalFabrication and component suppliers are evaluated, approved and reviewed against quality and delivery performance.
- Incoming inspectionLaminate, solder mask and components are checked against specification and lot data before release to production.
- Process controlTravel cards record material lot, process parameters and inspection results at each stage.
- TraceabilityBoard lot, component lot and date code are linked to your order for future investigation.
- Corrective actionNon-conformances are contained, documented and closed with a root-cause response.

|---|---|
| Standard | Travel card record, electrical test result, visual inspection sign-off |

| Critical | First-article inspection report, cross-sections, impedance coupons, test data |
| On request | Certificate of conformance, material declarations, corrective-action reports |
Audit and review
We review supplier performance on quality, delivery and responsiveness, and require corrective action when a trend appears. For customer audits, we can provide process flow, control plan, equipment list and sample records under NDA. The scope of the audit is agreed in advance so the right people are available.
Regulated product? Tell us the standard you are working to (ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100) at quote stage. We will confirm which documentation and process controls we can support.
Frequently asked questions
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
Our quality system is aligned with ISO 9001:2015, and our production partners are audited against the same requirements. Certificates are available on request.
Can you provide a certificate of conformance?
Yes, on request. Specify the standard and the fields you need on the CoC.
Do you keep records after shipment?
Yes. Build records are retained so a future question can be traced back to material lots and process data.
