A PCB build is only as reliable as the parts on it. We source from authorised distribution, verify every line and tell you when a part is risky before it reaches the line.
What we check on every BOM
| Parameter | Capability |
|---|---|
| Part identity | Manufacturer part number, package, tolerance and temperature grade |
| Authenticity | Authorised distributor or manufacturer-direct only; no grey-market stock |
| Traceability | Lot and date code recorded against the build |
| Lifecycle | EOL, NRND and allocation risk flagged at quote stage |
| Compliance | RoHS / REACH status and moisture sensitivity level |
| Alternates | Form-fit-function alternatives proposed and approved before purchase |
Turnkey or consigned
With turnkey sourcing, we buy the parts, hold them under controlled storage and take responsibility for authenticity and handling. With consigned parts, you retain ownership and send the kit to our facility; we inspect incoming packaging, part markings and MSL status before assembly. Both models can be mixed on the same BOM.
- Shortage report before purchaseWe confirm what is available, what is long-lead and what needs an alternate.
- No silent substitutionsEvery alternate is approved by you in writing before it is ordered.
- Moisture-controlled storageMSL parts are stored and baked according to their classification.
- Excess and shortage reportingLeftover parts are returned or held for your next build, as you prefer.
Send your BOM in Excel or CSV with reference designators, quantity and manufacturer part numbers. We will return pricing, availability and any lifecycle risks with the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Can you split a BOM between consigned and sourced parts?
Yes. Mark consigned lines clearly and we will quote the rest.
Do you buy from brokers?
No. We buy from authorised distributors or the manufacturer. If a part is only available through a broker, we will tell you and let you decide.
How do you handle part shortages?
We report the shortage with options — alternate, higher-grade substitute or waiting for the next availability window — before purchasing the rest of the kit.
