Turnkey means one supplier, one schedule and one invoice. We fabricate the bare board, buy the components from authorised distributors, assemble, test and ship DDP to your US or Canadian address.
What one turnkey order covers
- PCB fabricationBare boards built to your Gerber, with electrical test and inspection.
- Component procurementAuthorised-distributor sourcing, lifecycle checks, alternates and lot traceability.
- AssemblyStencil, SMT, through-hole, rework and conformal coating as required.
- Test and documentationAOI, X-ray, ICT or FCT, plus reports agreed at quote stage.
- DDP deliveryFreight, duties and customs clearance handled in one invoice.
Why teams choose turnkey
When fabrication, parts and assembly sit with different suppliers, every missing component or fab question becomes a new email thread — and every hand-off adds transit time. A turnkey order removes those boundaries. Components are purchased while the PCB is in fabrication, so the two critical paths run in parallel rather than one after the other.
| Parameter | Capability |

| Typical quantity | 1 - 10,000 units |
| Prototype lead time | 5 - 8 working days after design and parts approval |
| Low-volume production | 10 - 15 working days |
| Parts | Authorised distribution, consigned parts accepted |

Send Gerber, BOM and quantity in one email. We will return a single turnkey price with lead time, DFM notes and any part risks that could affect the schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Can I supply some parts and have you source the rest?
Yes. Partial turnkey is common. Mark consigned lines clearly on the BOM and we will quote the remainder.
Who owns the parts if the build is cancelled?
Purchased components remain your property and can be shipped to you at cost, or held for a future build. Terms are confirmed in the quote.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes. DDP shipments include commercial invoice, packing list and the HS documentation required for PCB and assembled-board imports.
