Fabrication Capabilities

Layer count, materials, tolerances, finishes and inspection for quick-turn and production orders.

A clear view of what we build every week — and the values we need you to design to if you want a clean quote and a predictable build.

Process control

  • Incoming materialLaminate and mask are checked against the approved supplier list and lot data.
  • Inner-layer imagingAOI after etch catches opens, shorts and spacing violations before lamination.
  • Plating and etchCopper thickness and line width are monitored against the travel card.
  • Solder mask and finishMask adhesion, finish thickness and solderability are verified before test.
  • Final inspectionVisual, dimensional and electrical checks, plus cross-sections on request.

What to include in your fab notes

Layer stack, material and Tg, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish, solder mask colour, impedance targets, tolerances that differ from IPC-6012 Class 2, and any marking or panelization requirements. If you only have Gerber files, we will propose a stack-up and send it for approval before release.

Designing outside these values? Send the details before you finalize the layout. Most exceptions are possible with a process change — but they need to be priced and planned, not discovered at fabrication.

Frequently asked questions

What is your standard tolerance?

Unless your drawing says otherwise, we build to IPC-6012 Class 2 with ±10% impedance tolerance. Tighter values are quoted explicitly.

Can you supply impedance coupons?

Yes. Coupons are added to the panel and measured; the report is included with the shipment.

Do you offer countersink or press-fit holes?

Yes, both are available. Include the callout and depth on the fabrication drawing.

Have Gerber and BOM ready?

Send them now — we will reply with pricing, lead time and DFM notes within 24 hours.
